Serving Those Who Served

As disabled veterans who understand the physical and mental demands of military service, we know the importance of working together to overcome these challenges.

That’s why we launched Veteran Claims LLC — a veteran-owned business dedicated to helping veterans and active-duty service members navigate the VA disability claims process and maximize their VA disability compensation benefits.

We assist veterans with filing, reviewing, and strengthening different types of VA disability claims, including:

Original VA Disability Claim

Your first VA disability compensation claim filed with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

If you have 180–90 days left on active duty, you may qualify to file a pre-discharge VA disability claim through the Benefits Delivery at Discharge (BDD) program. This program may help speed up the VA claim decision process so you can receive your veteran disability benefits sooner.

If you have fewer than 90 days remaining on active duty, you may still file a VA disability claim before discharge. Your claim will then be processed after separation as a fully developed claim or standard claim.

Increased VA Disability Claim

File a claim for increased VA disability compensation if your service-connected disability has worsened over time and now affects your daily life more severely.

New VA Disability Claim

File a new claim for additional VA benefits or submit requests related to an existing service-connected disability.

Secondary Service-Connected Disability Claim

File a claim for a secondary condition that is linked to an already service-connected disability. Many veterans qualify for secondary VA disability claims due to related physical or mental health conditions.

Supplemental VA Disability Claim

Submit new and relevant evidence to support a previously denied VA disability claim and improve your chances of approval.

At Veteran Claims LLC, our mission is to simplify the VA claims process, help veterans understand their rights, and provide trusted guidance throughout every step of filing for VA disability benefits.
